Why do your prices keep going up and down?

Please don’t drop by without first having ordered online and arranging a pick up, we are not a store!
2023-08-02T22:47:25-04:00All packages are shipped via Canada Post the day after an order has been placed. Your tracking code will be sent to you once your shipping label is created. There may be shipping delays on weekends and holidays.
We do not ship via UPS or FedEx.
We are not responsible for packages that are missing or damaged if the customer requests for the package to be left on their property.

For Pitcher and Bottle Filters, unused filters may be returned for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly handled or used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. In the instance of quantity filters orders, you are able to return any unopened/unused individual filters for a per filter refund up to 60 days after purchase or for a 50% refund up to 24 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any refund.
2023-05-22T16:11:49-04:00In order to assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defects prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective, it may be eligible for replacement if Clearly Filtered determines it is due to faulty workmanship or materials. Clearly Filtered offers a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage caused by tampering/misuse of the item. This warranty does not include filters and expires after 24 months from the date of purchase for Pitcher and Bottles.
For Inline Filters, like the 3-Stage Under the Sink System and Fridge Filter, this warranty expires after 18 months from the date of purchase and does not cover additional damage beyond the cost of the product. Should your Clearly Filtered item be damaged through misuse/unconventional use, you are able to purchase replacement parts. Should your Clearly Filtered item or surrounding area be damaged through improper/unconventional use or failure to follow setup instructions, this warranty is void.
